First Day Box Office Collection Of 'Singh Saab The Great'

November 22 saw two films belonging to the different genre hitting the screens. One of them was Sunny Deol starrer ' Singh Saab The Great ' and the other was Imran Khan , Kareena Kapoor starrer rom-com ' Gori Tere Pyaar Mein! '.
In ' Singh Saab The Great ', Sunny Deol emerged as a desi superman, who gives a stylish tough fight against the boiling issue of corruption in the country. This directorial by Anil Sharma is anticipated to entertain the audience in single screens as well as in multiplexes. The out and out action-drama contained high-voltage action sequences performed by Sunny paaji. On its first day of release, the movie observed great response in Punjab, especially in the regions like U. P. and Rajasthan. The film opened with 25% all India occupancy and it was around 50% in the Punjab and other circuits in north. However, the Sunny Deol starrer is likely to face competition from ' Gori Tere Pyaar Mein! ' and hence, have to struggle to achieve even 5 to 6 crores on day one.
Also the last week's release ' Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela ' has kept the cash registers ringing with good figures in the second week of its release. This can also prove a challenge for the first weekend performance of ' Singh Saab The Great '.
