First Weekend Box Office Collection of 'Hero'

September 11 release ' Hero ' was the launching vehicle of the newbie Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty . This production venture of Salman Khan was released after making a lot of buzz in town and many promotional activities.
' Hero ' witnessed a decent start with 40% on day one in urban areas. In some places, the film observed 30% occupancy. It can be considered as a good start for the newcomers climbing the ladder of Bollywood. ' Hero ' collected 6.85 crore on Friday, whereas the film garnered 6.62 crore on Saturday. The total box office collection of two days can be summed up to 13.47 crore. The film recorded 2.75 crore as its international box office collection. Hence, the total domestic and international box office collection of ' Hero ' can be summed up to 16.22 crore.
