Salman Khan 's production venture ' Hero ' witnesses a drop on its first Monday at the domestic Box-office. Starring debutants Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty , the film raked in decent numbers on its first weekend, collecting Rs. 21.20 crores. The movie witnessed a drop on its first Monday and made Rs. 3.03 crores and hence its total collection stands at Rs.24.13 crores in the domestic markets.
The film received mixed reviews from the critics and is appreciated for its music and startling chemistry between the leads. The film is expected to remain steady throughout the week. It will receive a tough competition from the coming Friday release, which is Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan starrer ' Katti Batti ' that has been promoted widely and has a huge buzz.
