'Shaandaar' (4 Days) Box-office Collections
The first weekend box-office collections of 'Shaandaar' are not as shaandaar as expected.

The first weekend box-office collections of ' Shaandaar ' are not as shaandaar as expected. The film released on the occasion of Dussehra, which was a semi-holiday and hence collected Rs. 13.10 crores. But, the numbers witnessed a drop on the following days. It made Rs. 7.55 crores on Friday and Rs. 6.75 on Saturday. The film was expected to pick up during Sunday but the collections dropped further and, the film raked in Rs. 6.11 crores on Sunday. Hence, its total Box-office collection stands at Rs. 33.51 crores at the domestic front.
The film has received poor reviews from the critics and also, from the audience. It can now survive on the star power of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt . Directed by Vikas Bahl , the movie also stars veteran actors Pankaj Kapur and Sushma Seth among others. The comedy drama marks the debut of Shahid's sister Sanah Kapoor .
