Touted to be the first female centric spy thriller of Bollywood, Naam Shabana has witnessed decent growth over its first weekend at the box-office front. The film stars Taapsee Pannu as the cenral character Shabana. It made Rs. 5.12 crores on Friday, Rs. 6.37 crores on Saturday and Rs. 7.27 crores on Sunday. The total weekend collection stands at Rs. 18.76 crores at the domestic front.
The action drama also stars Akshay Kumar in an extended cameo and actors Manoj Bajpai, Anupam Kher in key roles.
