'Wazir' Manages To Touch The 25 Crore Mark In 5 days

Farhan Akhtar and Amitabh Bachchan starrer film ' Wazir ' has witnessed a decent box-office collection on its opening weekend considering its thriller genre. The film made Rs. 21.01 crores in its first weekend. There was not enough buzz around the film prior to its release, and also, it was not promoted widely. The film raked in Rs. 2.55 crores on Monday and Rs. 2.28 crores on Tuesday, making its total collection stand at Rs. 25.84 crores at the domestic front.
The movie received mixed reviews from the critics, but carries a positive word of mouth. The revenge saga has been ideally released without clashing with any other big film and, enjoys the advantages of being a big solo release through its first week, which in turn should profit its collections. The movie also stars Aditi Rao Hydari , Manav Kaul , Neil Nitin Mukesh and John Abraham among others.
