Made on an overall budget of Rs. 215 crores, ‘Padmaavat’ is the costliest Hindi film till date and needs to collect more than 300 crores to turn into a successful venture. Despite being banned in 4 major states and getting released in lesser screens, the film is minting amazing figures at the box office. After the crucial Monday test, the film even passed the Tuesday test and collected 14 crores on its day 7 taking the grand total to Rs. 143 crores.

The movie alone in the USA has so far done a business of 35 crores and worldwide, it has pocketed around $ 12 million i.e. 76.24 crores.
So far, the Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor starrer has raked in Rs. 232.24 cores.
