Bhediya, the movie starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, had a significant decline in its domestic box office take on December 5. Just Rs 1 crore was barely made. The movie premiered on November 25 and its box office take has been declining ever since. Although it got off to a good start at the box office, the horror comedy genre gradually tapered down. But during the weekend, it received a lot of attention. Varun performs the werewolf part in the film Bhediya. It faced competition from Ayushmann Khurrana's An Action Hero and Drishyam 2 starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu.

The multilingual release of Bhediya, starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, was on November 25. Amar Kaushik, who resurrected the horror-comedy genre with Stree, is the director of the werewolf play. The movie Bhediya continues to run smoothly even if it is tough for it to join the Rs 100 crore club. Trade reports claim that on Bhediya's second Monday in theatres, its box office receipts drastically decreased. On December 5, it only brought in Rs 1.60 crore in a single day. As a result, the overall revenue currently stands at Rs 53.67 crore. On Day 11, Bhediya's Hindi occupancy was 10.22 percent overall.
