Ananya Panday was most recently spotted working alongside Vijay Deverakonda in Liger. The movie underperformed at the box office and failed to win over audiences or critics. For the cinema Dream Girl 2, the actress has now teamed up with Ayushmann Khurrana.The movie was reportedly delayed by Ekta Kapoor at Sajid Nadiadwala's request so that it wouldn't conflict with Satyaprem Ki Katha's release on June 29, 2023.
