Ileana D'Cruz looks flawless in her unedited bikini picture, speaks about body positivity

Actress Ileana D’Cruz sets the Gram on fire again as she posted a picture in a red bikini on Friday. She posted the same picture on her Instagram story with a caption about body positivity. “So easy to get sucked into apps that get you alter your body so effortlessly to make you look “slimmer," “more toned" etc, etc, etc… Proud of the fact that I have deleted all those apps and chosen this instead. This is me and I am embracing, every curve, all of me," the caption read. She also added a hashtag that says #yourebeautiful.

Many of her lovely fans poured in and showered a lot of love on her post.

Previously, the Raid (2018) actress revealed that she struggled with body dysmorphic disorder and she even had suicidal thoughts because of it. She talked about it at the 21st World Congress of Mental Health in 2017.

Ileana also discussed how counselling helped her overcome her problems.. “Imperfections are a part of life and one should learn to love who you are. You are a human being and are allowed to be imperfect, and you are allowed to be flawed. There is a lot of beauty in your imperfections, in your uniqueness,” she said.

Ileana D'Cruz was last seen in the Disney + Hotstar series The Big Bull alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Nikita Dutta. She will be next seen in 'Unfair And Lovely' opposite Randeep Hooda. The film is set in Haryana and depicts the story of a woman's fight against colour discrimination.
