Tamannaah and Ritesh Deshmukh most recently appeared in Madhur Bhandarkar's Babli Bouncer and Plan A Plan B. The starring girl opposite Chiranjeevi in Meher Ramesh's Bholaa Shankar film has been cast as Tamannaah. In addition to the megastar playing Shankar, Keerthy Suresh, a National Award-winning actress, will play Shankar's sister in the drama.
