Chris Brown accused of rape and drugging an upcoming artist; sued for $20 Million

American singer Chris Brown is in hot water as an unnamed woman has alleged him of raping and drugging her in Miami in December 2020. Chris is being sued for $20 million, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Court.

The woman is identified by the name of ‘Jane Doe,’ who is a professional dancer, model, musical artist, and choreographer, according to the complaint.

According to reports, Doe alleged in the lawsuit that while in Miami on December 30, 2020, she was Face Timing with a male friend who was on a yacht docked at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ estate. As stated by the court's documents, Brown allegedly took the friend’s phone and told Doe, “he had heard about her music and urged her to head over to Diddy’s home on Star Island as soon as possible.”

When Doe came on board, Doe alleged the singer gave her a mixed drink in a red cup. According to court documents, "Chris offered her tips about starting a career in the music industry."

The lawsuit stated that after Chris re-filled her drink, she said she "began to feel a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness." Adding to that, she "felt disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep."

Doe further accused the singer of taking her to his bedroom and forcing himself on her. She further accused Chris of contacting her the following day and asking her to prevent any possible pregnancy.

However, Chris Brown has not commented directly, but he put a story on his Instagram which read, "I hope yall see this pattern."

He also put a blue cap emoji, which is slang for lying.

The story further read, "Whenever I'm releasing music or projects, "THEY try to pull some real bulls---.”
