This is a movie which narrates the story of Vikram (Shawar Ali) who is a chartered accountant and his keep Soniya (Meera). They are waiting for another accountant Muqaadam (Rashid Khan) to bring five crores hard cash at their farm house. Vikram works for Sultan Corporation. The owner of this Corporation is Sultan (Ranjeet). As soon as Muqaadam brings in the money, Vikram and Sonia decide to eliminate Muqaadam and run away to Singapore the following day with five crores to begin a new life. Vikram and Soniya go accurately by their preparation. Here enters Karan Oberoi (Abhishek Kumar) in this film. His car breaks down in front of the Farm House of Vikram. Karan also happens to be the junior ex classmate of Soniya in her college. The girlfriend of Muqaadam Reshma (Kavita Radheshyam), is an ex Exotic Dancer. He has been waiting for Muqaadam to come back; he makes plan to take the issue into her own hands.

Thereafter begins a grimy game of love, disloyalty, killings and treachery... 3 people with five hours to go and with five crores hard cash..What will happen?
