'Rada' Song from Banjo

Plot & Review

Small time extortionist Taraat Bhai (Riteish Deshmukh) is a fierce man with golden heart. His life lacks fortune, but he is blessed with the magic in his fingers when he plays the musical instrument banjo. He owns an orchestra band with his three friends and mainly performs during Ganpati festival.

Chris (Nargis Fakhri) is a NY based DJ. She wants to make her own album and send it to an international music festival. Her friend Mikey (Luke Kenny) located in India helps her out by sending a banjo played song. She likes it and decides to hire the band for her next singles.

In search of this banjo playing band, Chris flies to Mumbai and is left with the task of finding them in the city of millions. She soon discovers that the "to be composers" of her album are the slum dwellers - Taraat and his team. She overlooks their profession over the talent they possess. Even though she has accepted them the way they are, her struggle of getting them recognised by the world remains the further story to be unfolded.
