Chal Mere Bhai is a story of two brothers and their falling head over heels in love with the same girl. Mamaji (Shakti Kapoor) is an over ambitious theatre artiste who is married to Mamiji (Himani Shivpuri) who hates here husband's not-so-funny antics. In between them is Sapna (Karisma Kapoor) who comes from Pune to Mumbai in search for a job. She is a bumble bee to the core, who always ends up doing the wrong things, but unintentionally at the right time.
