Dev is assigned to investigate about the sudden disappearance of Sam Higgin. On his tracking journey, he is befriended by Ashraf Khan, who is an Indian cop and suspects Dev of being a spy. On their quest to find Sam, they fall prey to the conspiracy of a drug dealer called, "Policeman".
