Amar Saxena (Riteish Deshmukh), Meet Mehta (Vivek Oberoi) and Prem Chawla (Aftab Shivdasani) are best buddies. Troubled by their respective wives and family issues, the three friends decide to visit Doodhwadi to sell off Amar's heritage bungalow and also have 'fun' in the meanwhile. They learn that the bungalow is haunted and, encounter an attractive virgin ghost Ragini (Urvashi Rautela), who tries to seduce them to satisfy her lust. Amar, Meet and Prem get trapped in the haunted house with nowhere to go.
