As the film begins, one wonders what an A-grade actor like Kunal Khemmu is doing in a C-grade film like this. These doubts are put to rest as our man with the golden gun and his friend go about getting Guddu's skinny manhood back to normal after it turns golden because of a grandfather's black magic. When Guddu Ki Gun climaxes, one rolls with laughter as Guddu (Khemmu) and Laddu (Sumit Vyas), two Bihari men in Kolkata, ramble through its streets in search of 'sachcha pyaar', the only solution to get Guddu rid of his golden manhood.

Guddu Ki Gun is the tale of Govardhan aka Guddu (Kunal Khemu), a Bihari settled in Kolkata. He is a door-to-door washing powder salesman, whose sales pitch is Ek washing powder ke saath Guddu free. With dialogues packed with rhymes, mispronunciations and double entendres, the film is a delightful adult comedy that keeps you in splits by the minute. The characteristic one-liners are crisp, tempered and never sound crass. If not funny, it at least elicits a chuckle.

'Guddu Ki Gun' is a sex comedy and, better (or worse?) still, it is a preposterous story of the protagonist's male organ turning into, hold your breath, solid gold! While the premise of the movie itself evokes sniggers, one can't help but feel a tinge of admiration for the confidence with which the story has been turned into a two-hour film.

Guddu (Kunal Kemmu) is washing powder salesman in Kolkata. Originally from Bihar, Guddu seems to be having a way with the ladies as he woos them and is popular amongst the housewives of Kolkata with whom he is intimately involved. While Guddu is happy being the pleasure provider for these ladies, he cheats on one of the girls who has fallen in love with him and is forced to pay a price for his act. The girl curses him in an unexpected way which leads to Guddu's genitals turning into gold.

Guddu (Kunal Kemmu), a Bihari salesman based in Kolkata, makes out with lonely housewives for fun. His interest in women is limited to physical intimacy. This hurts 'bholi' (Aparna Sharma), a wannabe ramp model, whose value system shuttles between puja ki thali and bikini blouses. Guddu's pleasure-seeking lifestyle comes to a screeching halt, when he wakes up to a rude shock one day.
