So many horror movies arrived and went without creating much horror in the past few months. Only a few of them could create some horror. The newly arrived film HELP is also a horror film and perhaps going to meet the same end like other films. The cast of this film are Bobby Deol, Mugdha Godse, Shryesh Talpade (in guest role) etc. Its producers are Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Chowksi and its director is Rajiv Manoj Virani. After a long time, you can see Bobby Deol in any new film. For the first time Bobby Deol has worked in a horror film. The story of the film is such: Vik (Bobby Deol) is related to the film industry (Bollywood). He is a celebrity and people in the glamour world know him. Piya is his wife and they are living a happy married life. One day Piya gets news about her father who lived in Mauritius that he was very sick and would not live longer. Both Vik and Piya visit Mauritius to see her ailing father but some mysterious things happen there. When Piya returns back Vik observes that her behaviour was changed. Actually there is some horrific reason behind it and she gains invisible powers. Vik understands that something was wrong with his wife. He tries to get rid of that problem but it is almost impossible. What is the reason behind Piya's changed behaviour? Who is behind all these strange happenings and why is the rest of the film. Some different experiments have been tried with the sound effects and make up of this film. However they are hardly going to help the film. There is hardly anything new in the story of this film. Audiences have watched similar stories many times. Also this film was not promoted well. Whereas Aamir Khan's Peepli Live got a lot of promotion; this is also going to affect this film's buissness. This film has got 'A' certificate from the censor which too will affect the film badly. The film revolves around Bobby Deol and Mugdha from the beginning till the end of the film. Bobbu has performed very well in the film. Even Mugdha is up to the mark. The direction of the film is so and so. The director gave attention on sound technique and make up and did not pay attention to the other parts. Thus in horror scenes the audience were laughing. No songs of the film could be popular among the audience before its release or after its release. Though the film is not bad, there is nothing new so people are hardly going to watch it. Bobby Deol is a good actor but he should choose good scripts too. You can go for it if you haven't watched any horror film in the past few years otherwise its wastage of time.
