Ishaan, a charming and ambitious music composer lives in Mumbai. He is a mama's (Zarina Wahab) boy who lives a sheltered and protected life. Always taken care by his elder sister Shivani (Mini Mathur) , he lives at his beloved girlfriend Anushka's (Chitrangada Singh) house. The guy who is easy on life just takes all the ladies in his life for granted!

But his life changes forever when his girlfriend being fed up of his flirtatious nature throws him out of her house. He shifts to an old and rustic house. His mother leaves his father\'s house and joins him. Because of his nature, his sister and his best friend become disappointed with him and his boss (Raima Sen) too asks him for his resignation.

At this point of his life there comes a girl Gauri ( Prachi Desai) who is his neighbor and from her behavior ; Ishaan learns to respect and to care for all the relations in his life. He starts the disaster management and strives hard to appease all the ladies in his life who are upset with him.

Gradually Ishaan falls in love with Gauri. But now he has to choose between the girl who took care of him in the past and the girl who helped him in becoming a mature and responsible person.
