The film 'International Khiladi' is a story of a don who is the undisputed king of the underworld. The story takes a turn when he is accused of killing a police informer. The mystery deepens when his girl-friend, who happens to be the sister of the murdered victim, testifies in the court against him and accuses him of raping her. The suspense is revealed in the end and the identity of the killer is exposed.
