Plot

Kabir (Shiv Darshan) is a very energetic, but unruly and undisciplined young man. All he knows is that he should be living his life with fun and a careless attitude. Because of his recklessness, his family has to move from city to city to save face. Now finally when his family comes to Lavasa, he is back to business, when he changes all the traffic signals to green, rides rashly and evades arrest. During his detention, he comes across a very charming girl who makes him immediately fall in love.

Later he meets this girl, named Preet (Hasleen Kaur) but in a very unconventionally naughty way. Both of them have a bet placed, which doesn't end well. Unfortunately, he is challenged to a fight by Jass Gurji (Aham Sharma) the arrogant son of a very dangerous and rich criminal and the boyfriend of Preet.

This leads to a fight of ego between the two, where Kabir will not only have to survive the fight but also get his girl.

One Line Review: Not even a typical Bollywood action romance film; it's a total heap of garbage full of mediocrity and sub standard performances. Positive Points: a couple of songs in the film (in fact nothing positive about the movie as such) Negative Points: poor performances (especially from the protagonist), directionless script, silly dialogues, mediocre direction, very unprofessional and foolish overall handling of the film. Plot: Kabir(Shiv Darshan) is a reckless and daring young man, least bothered about his future and his life. He is the dare devil and doesn't really care about breaking the laws of getting himself hurt. Due to his insolent recklessness, his family has to constantly move from city to city. Now family finally settles in Lavasa city and moves on with its life. However, when he comes across a beautiful girl in the police station, when he is arrested for breaking all the traffic signals in the city and evading arrest, he immediately falls in love. He finds that the girl Preet (Hasleen Kaur) is also studying at the same college. While he sees her at one of her "blood donation camps", they bet each other that if he is able to get a lap dance from other girl, she will too have to do the same to him. This crazy harmless bet however turns into a full-fledged conflict when Kabir discovers that she is the girlfriend of a rich criminal's son Jass Girji (Aham Sharma). This leads to a full blown fight and the conflict continues. After Preet comes to know that Kabir is her long lost childhood friend, they get closer and are always challenging each other by saying 'game on', which they have doing since childhood. Now Kabir has to fight this arrogant son of a goon and win back his girl. This ensues a lasting confrontation which results in the obvious. Direction And Other Technical Aspects: The whole film can be compared to a heap of trash on the 70mm that smells of mediocrity, stupidity, unprofessional filmmaking and an overall failure to deliver even the basic expected norms and standards. The script is totally directionless and flows untamed like a river of waste. Direction is a complete farce with scenes and dialogues that are totally misplaced and irksome. Performances: Performances are one of the factors that make this film look like an imbecile, trying to act cool. Though this is a debut performance by Shiv Darshan, it doesn't give him the excuse for his lifeless, expressionless, moronic and superficial acting skills. It seems as if the "actor" is trying to force himself to act in the film. The same goes for the peripheral characters in the film. Music: The music isn't much interesting either. Perhaps the only song worth appreciating would be the title track 'Kar Le Pyaar Kar Le', with a catchy enjoyable tune. Other songs such as 'Tanhai', Teri Saanson Mein', 'O Darling', 'Sona Sona Akkha Nu' and 'Kurban' are love tracks that dot the film's landscape and areas mediocre as the film's other aspects. Final verdict: Watching this film is like putting yourself through foolish and moronic drivel recorded on the reel, which evokes reactions from annoyance to utter disgust for stupidity. Anyone who may watch this film in the theatre just as he watches others, may well curse himself for the decision. That being said, we can conveniently conclude that the film can certainly get nominated for awards for the most idiotic, unsophisticated and plain stupid movies ever.
