Two twin sisters and the funny situations that arises when the two interchange with each other. Rishi Kapoor is a rich businessman, seperated with his wife, Rati Agnihotri, by his sister, Mita Vashishth. Rati Agnihotri meets with an accident while leaving the house and is told that one of her twins is no more. Mita Vashishth, makes Rishi Kapoor addicted to drinking, who is in-turn unalble to look after her daughter. She leaves for London and meets her twin sister and they decide to change places.
