Here we go again. Milap Zaveri and Mushtaq Sheikh - the writers of Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 - are back with another story set in Thailand. They have got Riteish Deshmukh to a cameo for them too. They have even got some cast members of Kya Kool Hai Hum 3 to drop by the sets and show some skin (Bruna Abdullah and Gizele Thakral). Lawman Jeans has given some money to this sex comedy too. If Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 was a low point, Mastizaade is the rock bottom.

I spent much of my morning struggling to distinguish between Mastizaade and last week's release, Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3. This is not a comment on the genre (both are what are call "adult comedies" by those who have a low opinion of human adults). No, this is a comment on the carbon copying of content and lazy casting. Here's a sampler: KKHH3 featured Tusshar Kapoor as one of its two male leads. Mastizaade, too, has two heroes of which one is played by - let's chant the name together - Tusshar Kapoor.

Mastizaade isn't even a movie. For almost the entirety of its run time, it feels like getting screamed at by a pissed off plastic clown. It's as pointless as a punctured condom. It's as ghastly as a bad boob job. It's like entering a lunatic pervert's Internet search history tab and discovering only cake recipes. Let me repeat: Mastizaade isn't a movie. It's a bunch of sweaty sleazeballs exploiting Sunny Leone's star power and straight up robbing your cash. Don't let them.

There's an 'Aurgasm Ashram', there are names like Lily Lele and Sunny Kele. There's also a Titly Boobna! Then we have a Desh Drohi and Desh Premee, both twins, one is on a wheelchair romancing Sunny Leone, who is called Lele in this film! We will come to Sunny later who also has a sister called Laila Lele.

This week's release is the Tusshar Kapoor-Vir Das-Sunny Leone starrer Mastizaade. If you were wondering as to what the term 'Mastizaade' means, then, Riteish Deshmukh does the honours in the film's trailers wherein he explains "Jise duniya kehti hai haraamzaada, jise pyaar se ladkiyaan kehti hain 'aur zyaada', wahi hota hai asli mastizaada". The film's promos promise a double dose of Sunny Leone and a triple dose of fun and masti.

Sex comedy is a prolific cinema genre around the world. It's below the belt but it sells. Regardless of its crass content, like any other genre it has a certain formula that works. Sadly in India, we disregard any idea of organised screen writing while gunning for risque humour. Our filmmakers adopt a juvenile approach where every single line of dialogue is a double meaning punchline. So they string together a dozen of such lines in a dozen odd scenes and wallah! You have a script for a sex comedy. Who gives a rat's ass about story or character dynamics. Let's just pile on the double entendre and blaze the viewer with sex.

Mastizaade is all set to hit the screens tomorrow and the cast has done everything to make sure that the film is promoted well. While Sunny Leone is playing a double role in this one, let's see if the cast has packed an entertaining punch with this one. Though adult comedies are not new to us, read on to know if this one is worth your money.

Right away one should tell you that Mastizaade is the result of a fractured script. Word in the trade circles is that this so-called adult comedy was reportedly assaulted by the CBFC! So what you see, in the current running time of less than two hours, is a disjointed mishmash of some stupid sex jokes, tacky in-house product placement clips, Sunny Leone's tasteful skin show and two blundering idiots - Tusshar and Vir. Both actors should have realised that they have committed professional hara-kiri by being in here.

Ok, here we go. A one, a two, aaaaand, tada, Sunny Leone, she of the bountiful breasts, top-lining a film which calls itself, proudly, a sex com to beat all sex comedies. So are we to get a bouncy, squishy, panting, roll-on-the-floor, rising-till-the-rooftop fun fest?
