Rohit is a highly possessive and often aggresive. As Priyas(Swati) fiance, he provides an example of how some men become responsible for driving away their own beloved with their misplaced sense of love & accountability. In a triangular plot he is at the apex of human relationship vis-a-vis Priya and Nisha(Hena). The story unfolds the dilemma of rejection and Nishas craving for bondage. At the philosiphical story level, the film poses a question: \"Should you marry someone whom you love,or the one who loves you?\" The film is an explanation of human relationship between man-woman,husband-wife, father daughter, & even master-servant. The drama moves from India to UK to focus on yet another dimension: the impact of socio cultural differences on human behaviour.
