An elite hotel-owner Madhu gets married to Vijay Sanyal, who has his eye on her hotel. After marriage, he gets into the deal with Darshan Damania and his partners, to sell the hotel. But then series of obstacles occur, where the dealers were brought to death, getting Vijay into suspicion.
