Storyline

Plot
After working day and night to live a mediocre life, Vivaan (Rajeev Khandelwal) and Siya Agasthi (Tena Desae) are thrilled to have won an all inclusive vacation to the exotic Fiji. Not only do they get to stay in a lavish hotel with a grand suite, the couple also receives an invitation for lunch to celebrate their wedding anniversary at one of the finest resorts in Suva, Fiji. The couples' excitement only increases when they meet the very suave Mr. Khan (Paresh Rawal) at the restaurant who gives them a chance to play a "tell all truth" game for a mind boggling 21 crores. The rules of the game are simple; answer 8 questions truthfully and complete the respected tasks and the money is all yours. Vivaan and Siya readily agree as they can take their winnings to Mumbai and live the life they both have always dreamed of. The game begins; Vivaan and Siya are off to a great start answering each question right as well as completing the tasks successfully. However the as they proceed, the questions and tasks get more and more personal. Each question ironically ties back to an important chapter of their lives. Vivaan and Siya have had enough and choose to quit the game. One important rule they forgot which Khan reminds them of, quitting is not an option. They both realize that the game isn't really a game but the only way to survive is to complete the game. Who really is Khan? Will Vivaan and Siya survive the game and win 21 crores? One Line Review:This one is not only gonna thrill you, but also show you the ugly realities of life. Positive points:A unique storyline; the surprise element; an unexpected climax; good direction; a deep social message. Negative Points:Certain scenes evoking discomfort in the audience. Plot:Married couple Vihaan (Rajeev Khandelwal) and Siya Agasti (Tena Desae), who are deeply in love are on a free trip in Fiji. On a surprise anniversary dinner hosted by their resort, they meet Abdul Razak Khan (Paresh Rawal), the resort owner. After quite a friendly conversation, the owner introduces the couple to a live game named 'Table No. 21', which is viewed by nearly eight million viewers on the internet worldwide. He entices the couple with greed of winning Rs 21 crore, with some stringent rules that they must follow. For the couple, the game in the beginning seems to be an easy way to get rich. However, as the game progresses, they soon realize that this is not a game anymore. The game gets perverse and sadistic as it moves ahead. However at the end, the film unfolds a totally unexpected fabric of truth. The protagonists are confronted with their past. What will be the consequence of this game? Where will the game take its players? Do they win or? This movie is definitely a must watch to unfold the mystery. Performances:Actor Paresh Rawal has put an impressive performance in the film as the antagonist. You can see him in a completely different swagger and personality. He definitely doesn't fail to keep the audiences thrilled. Rajeev Khandelwal has also done quite a brilliant performance as expected. Tena Desae's performance isnt much of a delight. Direction And Other Technical Aspects:Aditya Datt's direction is perfect which is indeed one of the key elements that make the movie worth a watch. Cinematographer Ravi Walia has ensured that each and every scene is shot with a perfect angle according to the prevailing situation in the film. One wont find much of music in the film, but the audience will surely find the song 'Mann Mera' in the film's beginning, very much likable. Final Verdict:The movie is definitely good to watch with its thrills and twists, but its sadistic overtones can make on feel a bit uncomfortable.
