Ravi's son Gaurav is diagnosed with heart failure and soon requires heart transplant to be done, worth 15 lakh rupees. Ravi belongs to lower-income group and can't sum up that much amount. Being helpless, he is drawn to hold 30 people in hostage at the hospital, to get his son's operation done.
