Storyline

At St. Vincent College, a tree known as the Virgin Tree is both revered by lovers and feared as haunted-home to a witch said to have claimed the lives of young men. When heartbroken student Shantanu encounters the tree in a drunken state, he sees the witch and attempts suicide but is saved by his friends. Secretly in love, Shantanu and Ananya remain just friends. As tragedy strikes again during a college festival, the management brings in Dr. Krishna Tripathy, a modern-day exorcist known as Baba. Things spiral when Shantanu becomes enchanted by a mysterious woman named Mohabbat-who is actually the witch in disguise. As she tries to claim Shantanu, Baba unearths her haunting past to stop her before she destroys everything.
