Storyline
The film depicts three different stories of Hindu God Ganesha from Hindu mythology. The first story is about how Ganesha plays a prank on a cat. The second story is about how Rishi Vyasa dictates Mahabharata to Ganesha, and he writes it. And the third story shows Ganesha's fight with the demon named Gajmukhasur.

Those who love watching stories based on historical or mythological themes, must be disappointed to see the TV soaps running these days. The innocence has been completely taken away and masala added to compete with the usual saas-bahu serials. Off late, a premier TV channel miserably twisted the plot around Meera. But Bal Ganesh 2 is far from being cheaply commercialized, which should be the best reason to watch the movie. The cute Lord Ganesha in animated form is definitely enjoyable. The man who directed Bal Ganesh Part 1 in 2007, has directed the sequel and done a remarkable job. Thanks to Shemaroo Entertainment for bringing back the Chotu Gannu in a more beautiful form.
