Storyline
Bholu pays extortion to a local goon Prabhat as his "protection fee". Or else, Prabhat will settle other beggars at Bholu\'s begging spot. But to Bholu\'s surprise, even after paying the sum, a woman named Chamki along with her child stations herself to beg at his spot, to which even Prabhat does not opposes.
