From past 30 years, Amitabh Bachchan has kept the ritual alive of greeting his fans every Sunday outside the gate of his residential bungalow "Jalsa". This clearly signifies the height of his stardom. But, last Sunday something strange took place as the crowd even comprised Abhishek Bachchan 's fans. Big B took this as moment of pride as he didn't mind sharing his stardom with his son.
Abhishek's recent blockbuster release ' Happy New Year ' turned many of his fans to greet him at Jalsa. Big B posted an image of this proud moment in his blog along with a note "The well wishers surge in numbers...they are excited and loud in their love...the gates unable to contain their enthusiasm, are not enough to hold them at a distance...there is a special attraction today -- Abhishek aka Nandu Bhide from HNY (' Happy New Year ') ...and his own moment with the well wishers of Nandu...feel a sense of pride to see him thus...not new to it, but still new is never enough when children are concerned."
' Happy New Year ' casted Abhishek in the role of a "tapori" named Nandu Bhide.
