Amitabh Bachchan to associate with Slumdog Millionaire writer

The legendary star Amitabh Bachchan will soon be featuring in the upcoming Hollywood venture based on Slumdog Millionaire writer Vikas Swarup's best-seller 'Six Suspects'.

The "mahanayak" Amitabh Bachchan delighted everyone with his towering performance in the Hollywood venture 'The Great Gatsby'. Bachchan portrayed the role of Meyer Wolfsheim in this film, which was directed by Baz Luhrmann.

After this outing, Bachchan senior is all set to take his Hollywood journey to the next level. Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan will be soon featuring in the Hollywood film based on Slumdog Millionaire writer Vikas Swarup's best-selling novel 'Six Suspects'. BBC along with a foreign production company is keen to sign Amitabh Bachchan for this film and Big B will be seen playing one of the six suspects in this flick. This movie will be directed by Argentinean filmmaker Pablo Trapero.

Apart from this, Mr. Bachchan is being also considered for a prominent role in the upcoming venture 'Shantaram' co-produced by Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt.
