Anil Kapoor purchases a two-bedroom flat in the 'Ritz by Danube' project in Dubai.

B-Town actor Anil Kapoor has booked a two-bedroom flat in the 'Ritz by Danude' project in Dubai. A fortnight ago, this deal was finalized by Anil's wife Sunita Kapoor in Mumbai. Anil Kapoor said "I am an actor and must admit that I do not have that nose to smell business, but my better half being Sindhi is apt at it," The actor was addressing a press conference in the United Arab Emirates.
Kapoor called 'Dubai' as his second home and he also stated that the "deal appeared lucrative" as real estate due to the World Expo-2020. Kapoor further added that Danube Group chairman Rizwan Sajan told them regarding the Spanish technology utilized in this project in order to maximize the use of space. This formed another reason for the actor to buy this flat.
'Ritz by Danube' was a 300 million Dh project that is being planned in Al Furjan neighbourhood in Jebel Ali area, which is close to Dubai south. It will host the World Expo 2020 and Al Maktoum International airport.
