Anurag Kashyap to Write Graphic Novel for Raj Comics

Anurag Kashyap has become a well known name in Bollywood just after releasing only a few films such as ' Black Friday ', ' Dev D ', ' Gulaal ' etc. Apart from a film director he has now established himself as a producer too. He is recently in news due to his film ' Gangs Of Wasseypur '.

Sources reveal that now he is gearing up to try his hand at writing graphic novels. Sources reveal that recently he was approached by the publishers of Raj Comics to pen a graphic novel for them. When Anurag was asked about it he confirmed this news saying, "I can't reveal the subject as yet. I will do that only after its completion. But yes, work has started on it. I always wanted to do a desi novel. I have grown up in North India and so I know such comics inside out. A lot of English comic guys had approached me, but it never worked out. I am a very desi guy at heart."

He also confirmed the news of making a film titled as 'Doga' which is a film on super hero and the character is based on a super hero character of Raj comics.
