Big B and Kaun Banega Crorepati (कौन बनेगा करोड़पति) to Be Back In Its Prime Time TV Slot

The iconic megastar Mr. Amitabh Bachchan will be hosting the most popular quiz show of India 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' once again. And according to the channel officials, the show will get back in its prime time slot.

Though exact slot has not been decided yet it is certain to be a prime time show. Soon an official announcement would be made by the channel officials about the time slot and the number of days for which KBC would be aired on TV. So far 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' had been slotted for either 8.30 or 9 p.m. time band.

On Thursday, the channel had announced that the communication theme for the forthcoming season of the KBC show would be 'Sirf Gyaan Hi Aapko Aapka Haq Dila Sakta Hai'. The official added that this time the base of KBC has been expanded and the audiences would be able to see a small India in each episode of the game show.

The official stated that Mr. Bachchan's appeal transcends across all the age groups and he can relate and connect with people of all backgrounds. He has good command over the Hindi, English and many other local languages. All these factors along with his sincerity and humility make him the perfect host of the show.

The official said, "And that brings immense popularity to our show. People are eager to watch him again on KBC. I can't think of anybody else." They had roped in Shah Rukh Khan to host the third season of KBC, which had not turned up to be a hit show as compared to those that were hosted by Mr. Bachchan!

The sixth season of the show i.e. KBC 2012 is slated to telecast by August end or by September.
