The forthcoming action-comedy ' Chennai Express ' is already grabbing eyeballs since the first look release of the film with its powerful promotions and quirky trailers. And now, by taking into account the latest news, the filmmakers of this rom-com have also planned to do some charity act.

A buzz says that the outfits donned by the lead actors Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone would be auctioned. The filmmakers will be donating the proceedings from the sale to a charity. The reason behind cashing in by selling these fancy costumes is that SRK and Deepika are being seen flaunting diverse avatars in the trailers of this flick, which are being loved by the people. These vibrant attires also seem promising to gain some whistles. Hence, the filmmakers arrived with the idea of making these outfits available for the public and attaining profits as well as auction some costumes.

A person's train journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram is the prime theme of ' Chennai Express ' by Rohit Shetty , which is all set to run on the big screens from August 9.
