Dangal actress Zaira Wasim survived a deadly accident in Kashmir!
Zaira Wasim and her friend Arif Ahmad were rescued by Kashmiri locals after their car accidentally fell into the Dal Lake.

On Thursday night, actress Zaira Wasim ’s car accidentally fell into the 20 feet deep Dal Lake when her driver lost the control over the car. She was accompanied by her friend Arif Ahmad, who faced some injuries in the mishap, while Zaira was left unhurt. They were rescued by a group of Kashmiri locals present near the lake.
As per the IANS report, “People immediately rescued her and her companion. She escaped unhurt, but her companion sustained injuries in the accident.” said a local.
The 16-year-old actress hails from Kashmir. She was earlier in news for getting trolled on social media for her meeting with J&K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
Zaira rose to fame by playing young Geeta Phogat in Aamir Khan’s Dangal . She was greatly praised for her actions in “akhada”. She even won the National Award for Best Supporting Actress for this role. She will be next seen in Secret Superstar, also produced by Aamir. It is about a girl who becomes an online sensation after playing guitar in hijab.
