Dear Zindagi: Alia Bhatt opens up about the toughest aspect about her role!

Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan starrer film Dear Zindagi has been receiving love from all the corners. The box-office numbers are also very positive. This Gauri Shinde’s directorial film also managed to garner critical acclaim. In a recent media interaction, young star Alia talks about the toughest aspect about her role in the film.

Alia said, “The toughest part while shooting for 'Dear Zindagi' was that there were no crutches for my character (Kiara) in this one. In 'Udta Punjab', my character had a lot of crutches, like she was abducted, drug abuse, but in 'Dear Zindagi' she is a very regular girl. When you are trying to live someone's journey with no extra drama that's when it is most difficult because then you have to make the character very believable and to do that you have to really get the character. I think that was my toughest."
