'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!' garners over 1 million USD mark

Dibakar Banerjee directorial 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!' impressed everyone in India and the film did a good business. The further news update revealed that the film successfully delighted the viewers overseas by recording a great box office collection.

As per the report, 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!' harvested around Rs. 6.94 crore, that is, $1.1 million on the first weekend of its release at the North America box office. On the second weekend, the detective tale garnered $ 1.30 million (Rs. 8.10 crore). The film was shown across 64 screens and recorded the total gross collection of Rs. 3.06 crore till now. The film featured Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role.
