A couple of days ago, the media had reported that director Kabir Khan 's forthcoming film ' Ek Tha Tiger ' starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif had been banned in Pakistan. They stated that that the ban was imposed due to the references to Pakistan's secret intelligence agency ISI in the film.

But recently Kabir Khan has clarified that there is no such official ban on the movie ' Ek Tha Tiger ' in Pakistan. He has said that the Pakistani authorities are just taking precautions because in past the Indian films have shown Pakistan in a bad light, hence they are holding it back due to political reasons.

The director added that they just have to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the movie ' Ek Tha Tiger ' to be shown in Pakistan.

Since Saif Ali Khan starrer ' Agent Vinod ' had the references to ISI, it had faced political issue in Pakistan and was eventually banned. But as is evident at present, Salman Khan 's fans in Pakistan would be able to watch his forthcoming film ' Ek Tha Tiger ' in their theatres.
