The makers of the film ' Ek Tha Tiger ' had received a legal notice from the family of the former RAW agent Ravindra Kaushik who had asked them to screen the film for them.

Kaushik was caught and jailed in Pakistan, and had died while he was still in the prison. His family believes that the script of ' Ek Tha Tiger ' is based on the life of Ravindra Kaushik. Therefore, they had sent a legal notice for special screening.

But the production house has decided not to screen their film ' Ek Tha Tiger ' for the RAW agent's family as the director Kabir Khan wanted to keep the film and its content away from public domain.

Kabir Khan stated, "I read about him in the papers. This is the first time I've heard of him. It's an interesting story. But it's not the story of my film."

According to the sources, Salman's story in the film is not the same as Kaushik's story. It has completely taken a different route and has an entirely different end.
