Apart from that, the young star is a fitness enthusiast and boast of an enviable physique. Most of the youngsters follow Tiger and desire a well-maintained body type like him. Tiger is a dedicated soul and swears by exercising regularly. So, if you ever wondered what it takes to have a body like Tiger Shroff , you are in for a treat. As in a recent media integration, the generous actor shared his work out regime and also claimed Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan are the fittest actors in the industry.

Tiger Shroff spoke about his fitness work out in detail while giving tips to his fans. He said, “It’s like going through the grind every day. The focus is to get better than yesterday. At the end of the day, it’s all about being consistent. So, my work out consists of a mix of everything. I do a lot of cardio, and weight training for strength. And, for flexibility, it's gymnastics and martial arts. I don’t like to miss out on my work outs. Also, it’s important to eat the right food.”

Talking about cheat days, he said, “I do have a sweet tooth. I love ice-creams and sweets in general. They are something I gorge on my cheat days. My cheat day is only once a week, every Sunday.” Tiger stated that Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan are the fittest actors in the industry. When asked about one fitness tip, the actor quipped, “Drink 1 Litre of water every day when you wake up in the morning, it will help in a great way.”

Tiger Shroff ’s latest release Munna Michael is under performing at the box-office. It released last week and is running in the theatres, the film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and newbie Nidhhi Agerwal. The actor will be next seen in Karan Johar's Student Of the Year 2 and Baaghi 2 !
