Farhan Akhtar, Abhishek Kapoor to revive their magic with 'Rock On!! 2'

Do you like Rock music ? Are you missing it ? Just don't ! coz the "rock on" season is coming back soon. Yes! The 2008 rock musical drama ' Rock On ' by Abhishek Kapoor is hitting back to groove you to its tune. After a whopping gap of five years, the filmmaker has finalized a script that will rejuvenate the rock magic yet again.

Reportedly, Abhishek is all set to add on a sequel to the musical blockbuster with the producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani 's production Excel Entertainment . Whereas Farhan had been the producer as well as acted in the first edition, we suppose he will be attempting the same for the sequel.

However, the news birdies have rather confirmed about the makers finalizing the final draft of the script all together, the rest of the cast and crew are still kept aloof.

Accordingly, the relation between Farhan and Abhishek ruined after Farhan denied to work for Abhishek's recent venture ' Kai Po Che '. Eventually the duo later resolved the differences as they met at the success bash of the same flick and rest all counted in the past.

Nevertheless, it no more matters to the duo and neither do us. We hope that after so much a do, Abhishek and Farhan, the next perfectionist must have locked in something special and unique as the previous and for sure will not dare to goof up with the sequel of the gen next cult.

Meanwhile, the ' Rock On!! 2 ' team is still working on the other aspects of the venture, director Abhishek Kapoor is rather busy with his yet another dream project 'Fitoor' starring Katrina Kaif and Sushant Singh Rajput in leads, which will be serving the audiences somewhere around the mid of 2014.
