Farhan Akhtar endures Altitude training for 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'

Talented actor Farhan Akhtar is working hard for his upcoming biopic 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'. The actor has reported to undergo a difficult altitude training for this film.

The director turned actor and 2nd Mr. Perfectionist Farhan Akhtar is all set for the release of his upcoming project ' Bhaag Milkha Bhaag ' by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra . The movie actually a biopic which is based on the well-known Indian athlete, the flying Sikh of India, Milkha Singh. All of us know the fact that Farhan is playing the lead role in this film and has worked very hard to do the justice to the role of Milkha Singh perfectly.

According to the source, Farhan has undergone an arduous altitude training for four months for the shot of just 60 seconds in this biopic. The song 'Zinda' from this film was recently released. The song showcases Farhan getting trained himself in the scenic background of Ladakh. For this single shot, Farhan had endured the tough training for three months at a high altitude point in Bandra, Mumbai. After the three months of strenuous training in Mumbai, Farhan had gone through more difficult training for a month in Ladakh as well.The step by step training consisted of walking then cycling and finally light running to acclimatize the body properly at high altitude for intense training.

' Bhaag Milkha Bhaag ' also features Sonam Kapoor opposite Farhan Akhtar and will hit the screens this year.
