Hans Mat Pagli Duet from Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is a treat to the ears!

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha grabbed attentions for its usual title, followed by the theme. It became a topic of discussion due to its alliance with Swachch Bharat campaign. Next, it created a trend on social media with its series of posters. And now, Akshay Kumar does it again with its album.

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha songs gave us an insight about Akshay and Bhumi Pednekar’s love story in the film. It all started with the male single of Hans Mat Pagli track, sung by Sonu Nigam, where we saw how Akshay was mesmerized by Bhumi and stalked everywhere. And then, the female single, Hans Mat Pagle, in the voice of Shreya Ghoshal, presented how Bhumi’s is trying hard to get Akshay attention. So here’s a conclusion to their love story, where they are finally in a relationship, being portrayed in this beautiful duet by the same name.

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha aims to abandon the age old practice of open defecation in India. It is co-produced by Neeraj Pandey and Akshay Kumar. Its theatrical release is scheduled on August 11.

Akshay will be also starring in PadMan. It aims at spreading awareness regarding menstruation, which discussion is next to taboo in India. It has been adapted from one of the short stories from his wife Twinkle Khanna’s best-selling book The Legends of Lakshmi Prasad.
