Harshvardhan Kapoor, Saiyami Kher perform action without body doubles in Mirzya

The forthcoming musical love tale Mirzya by Rakeysh Omparakash Mehra is all set for release on October 7. Punjabi folklore Mirza Sahibaan forms the theme of the film. This musical love story also contain action stunts and Australian action director Danny Baldwin had designed these stunts.

The lead actors Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher are said to perform these thrilling action scenes on their own without body doubles. The actors took training in horse riding and, one of the action sequences was with a night safari setting replete with more than 30 Poland-based trained horse riders. These riders chase the lead stars and this required an intense preparation on the part of the actors.

The film Mirzya blends past with present as the folklore of Mirza Sahibaan also mirrors in contemporary period with the tale of Harshvardhan and Saiyami.
