Is Karan Johar planning a film for good friend Abhishek Bachchan?

Karan is surely one of the busiest personalities in the business. He helms films, manages his production house Dharma Productions, judges reality shows on television, hosts award shows, spends quality time with his twins and what not. Amidst his crazily busy schedule, his love for making movies never takes a back seat. The latest we hear that KJo is planning a film for his good friend Abhishek Bachchan.

According to reports, Junior Bachchan was all set to team up with Ram Gopal Varma for a film. However, the project could not take off on time. So now, Karan has come forward to take things in his hand. “Earlier, Ram Gopal Varma was to make a film with Abhishek, but Ramu is all over the place. Nagarjuna has ensured that Ramu does not mess around anywhere else till he completes his fifth film with him. So now Karan, who is also close to the Bachchans, has taken it upon himself to do a project worthy of Bachchan junior,” a source reveals to a daily.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan is busy with his forthcoming film Manmarziyaan. To be helmed by Anurag Kashyap, the movie is being produced by Colour Yellow Productions.
