Is Milap Zaveri’s John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee starrer film shelved?
It is reported that Bhushan Kumar has rejected to produce the Milap Zaveri’s film starring John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee.

A few months back, news broke out in the B-town that screenwriter Milap Zaveri is keen to make an action-thriller film with actors John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee . It was rumored that the film will be helmed by Zaveri and jointly produced by Nikhil Advani and T-Series. But one month down the line, there seems to be no headway made in this context. Now a leading portal has reported that Bhushan Kumar has said no to this film. According to the portal, T-series apparently has a three-film deal with Nikhil but Bhushan Kumar isn’t keen on including this film in that. The portal quoted Kumar saying, “I have yet to take a decision.”
Talking about the film, Nikhil said to a leading daily, “It’s a very tight script which revolves around a cop and a murderer. I can’t reveal who between the two is playing what but they are both very powerful characters and a dark thriller is a genre I haven’t explored before. We are looking forward to the shoot.”
Reportedly, Bhushan Kumar rejected Zaveri and Nikhil’s film because Nikhil is asking for Rs 35 crore as the budget and no one thinks it’s commercially viable.
