Sushant Singh Rajput is going through one of the best phases of his career. Though his single release of 2017 didn’t work out well, he has some mega-budgeted films slated to release in 2018. The actor is not only shooting for ‘ Kedarnath ’, he is managing his other films also. Sushant, who is in Chambal for ‘ Sonchiriya ’ has side by side finished shooting for his upcoming film, ‘ Drive ’. That’s right. Despite the neck tight busy schedule, he finished shooting for Tarun Mansukhani ’s action-comedy, ‘ Drive ’. The film is made under Karan Johar ’s Dharma Productions and features Jacqueline Fernandez as the female lead. Tarun shared the news on Twitter, captioning, “And that's a film WRAP for team 'DRIVE' !!!!! .Damn... I'm gonna miss harassing these freaks and giving them anxiety attacks!!!”

In an interview with a leading daily, talking about the film, Sushant had said, "It’s really fast-paced. But even if you don’t find it that fast throughout, the thrill element of what’s going to happen right after, will keep you hooked. I always wanted to do this kind of a stylish and slick action film. There are too many chase sequences, which are all required and not there for the heck of it.’’

The movie is first-ever collaboration of Sushant and Dharma Productions. It’s his first film with Jacqueline as well. And apart from these two, the film also stars Sapna Pabbi , Boman Irani , Pankaj Tripathi and Mukul Dev in pivotal roles.

Initially slated to release on 2nd March, the movie has got postponed as some heavy VFX works are not finished yet.
